A prisoner in his high-security home, cyborg cop Stark (John Laughlin) busts free, leaving a trail of dead guards in his wake. The robo-fugitive soon finds refuge in the home of a beautiful woman (Carol Alt) who's just killed her husband. An unlikely bond develops between them as they try to defend themselves from Cpl. Roth (Corey Feldman), the leader of the mercenary team assigned to annihilate Stark in this gripping sci-fi thriller.
