Dolph Lundgren is Air Force top gun Jack Holloway in this Tom Clancy-style thriller. As the only man who can pilot the secret high-tech jet the Storm Catcher, Holloway becomes the target of renegade Army Gen. William Jacobs (Robert Miano), who wants to bomb Washington with the plane. When Jacobs kidnaps his daughter, Holloway must fly Storm Catcher on the deadly mission -- but first he must escape both the military police and Jacobs's army.
