Years ago, a ferry captain (Charles Middleton) was hanged for murders he didn't commit. Now, descendants of the vigilante mob that put the captain to death are being killed. Guess what? The captain's ghost is back, and he wants revenge. As the town becomes gripped with terror, one man (Blake Edwards) must stop the prowling phantasm before it's too late in this classic B movie co-starring Rosemary LaPlanche and Robert Barrat.
