A group of cops open up a youth center and set out to teach kids the fine art of boxing to help get them off the street. Things work out well until a powerful local drug dealer (Dennis Farina) steps in with an eye toward ruining the promising start that's been made. Stars Max Gail, Joey Banks and Mel Castelo.
