After dropping out of school, Angel (Christine Souder) takes to the streets, finds work as a topless dancer and soon ends up trapped in a harrowing cycle of prostitution and heroin abuse. Her worried father (Art Burke) vows to find her … but when he does, it may be too late. Jay Deringer play's Angel's drug-peddling boyfriend in director Michael Miller's stark 1975 drama (cowritten by future Oscar winner Barry Levinson).
