Summer Magic

A fun-loving young girl (Hayley Mills) and her widowed mom and siblings move to Maine from Boston after a serious financial mishap wreaks havoc on the family's fortunes. The friendly local postmaster helps the family move into a run-down house whose owner is away in Europe (and probably won't mind a few squatters!). This delightful family film co-stars Burl Ives and Dorothy McGuire and features seven songs. James Neilson directs.
