Sunday in the Park with George

This Pulitzer Prize-winning Stephen Sondheim musical follows artist Georges Seurat (Mandy Patinkin) as he paints his lover, Dot (Bernadette Peters), and interacts with the people who become characters in his painting A Sunday Afternoon on the Isle of La Grande Jatte. Act II presents Seurat's artistic great-grandson (also Patinkin) and his grandmother (also Peters) as they revisit Seurat's life and work.
