The Harrisons are a clean-living family who happen to venture into the little town of Purgatory, whose irritable citizens moonlight as vampires that come out at night and feast on unsuspecting prey. Though the head of the vampires, Count Mardulak (David Carradine), has outlawed bloodletting, his subjects have now been reduced to drinking synthetic blood -- a compromise with which they are less than pleased. Will the Harrisons be their next meal?
