Rhea Perlman (best remembered as Carla from TV's "Cheers") is a Brooklyn schoolteacher who defies the odds. To earn extra money in hopes of opening a restaurant, she decides to stand in as a boys' basketball coach -- even though she doesn't know a jump shot from a jockstrap! But with a little help from her students, she proves that even a neophyte like her has got serious game.
