After gaining extraordinary powers from a radioactive explosion, Miami police officer Dave Speed (Terence Hill) struggles to master his superhero abilities in this cop comedy co-starring Ernest Borgnine. Dave's transformation disarms his grizzled partner, and his unpredictable talents lead to hilarious situations. Adding to the challenge: The bungling cop's new abilities vanish whenever he sees the color red.
