Based on the true story of Uruguayan Air Force Flight 571, this graphic drama reconstructs the tragic plane crash that killed more than half of its passengers and stranded the others in the snowy Andes mountains. With few sources of food and little hope of rescue, the survivors -- many of them members of a Uruguayan rugby team -- eventually resort to cannibalism in a desperate attempt to stay alive.
