Rambo (Tomas Milian) is a drifter who's made his way to Milan, Italy, where he's now unfortunately caught in a turf war between two dangerous clans. His problems only get worse when his brother is killed, a heartbreak so agonizing that he's spurred to seek revenge. His thirst for blood is so great, he's willing to put everything on the line to exact his own brand of justice. In the end, however, he nearly loses everything.
