It's Halloween 1979, and hipster hosts Glenn O'Brien and Chris Stein invite Blondie's Debbie Harry, artist Jean-Michel Basquiat and everyone in New York City to a wild public access costume party. Home viewers call in to join the fun as Stein, O'Brien, the TV Party Orchestra and the rest of the gang dig into the seedier side of the holiday with wry commentary on tainted Halloween treats, the thrills and horrors of psychedelic costumes and more.
