The kindhearted sister (Tanya Allen) of a jailed drug dealer sets out on a cross-country trek in a souped-up classic car with her boyfriend (Breckin Meyer), his slaphappy business partner (Jake Busey) and the partner's bombshell girlfriend (Denise Richards) to bail out her flesh and blood. But along the way, the young lovers quarrel and compete -- and nearly drive their respective relationships into the ground.
