Peter Steele -- the lead singer of the goth band Type O Negative -- portrays hard-rocking New Orleans vampire Viktor Baine, a creature of the night whose progeny, Midael (Steve Blaze), grows to terrorize the city. Meanwhile, members of Twisted Sister play a group of "false priests" who get on Midael's bad side. This creepy tale from director James L. Bills is based on the short independent film "Slayer Zed and the City of the Dead."
