Despite losing the use of an arm during the Civil War, Tate (David McLean) is one of the fastest guns in the West. In his quest to recover from the injury, he works as a bounty hunter, applying his personal code of ethics to his pursuit of fugitives. Martin Landau, Louise Fletcher, Leonard Nimoy and Robert Redford guest star in this unique Western series, a curio of early-1960s television.
