This year, cranky Louie (Danny DeVito) attracts a vendor's affections; Alex (Judd Hirsch) faces his father; Elaine (Marilu Henner) takes on more than she can handle; Latka (Andy Kaufman) is still nutty; and Tony (Tony Danza) and Bobby (Jeff Conaway) compete for the same woman's affections.
