The hapless, luckless Seina Yamada can't seem to do anything right. He's a clumsy one, falling down stairs, crashing his bike, and, in a predicament that very few people find themselves in, he almost gets crushed by a giant spaceship. Then, in a bizarre mix-up, he is accepted at the prestigious Galaxy Police Academy. Could this be the start of a streak of good luck? If nothing else, maybe his fortune will be better in outer space. Or not.
