When government scientist Daniel Winter (Lou Diamond Phillips) steals the design for a hush-hush military time-travel project, lawman Caleb Smith (Jason Priestley) leads a manhunt to prevent him from using the dangerous technology. But when the desperate Winter boards a plane carrying Smith's family, he must decide how much he's willing to sacrifice to stop the madman in this taut sci-fi thriller helmed by Jason Bourque.
