Since it opened in 1695, Baxter University has been claiming the lives of its students -- a phenomenon known as "the Baxter effect." Determined to uncover the school's unexplained evil and prevent yet another disappearance, a group of students teams with an anthropology professor to explore the tunnels beneath the school's hallowed halls. What they end up finding is extremely educational. Kimmi Voight, Ryan Gaffke and Rick Kunzi co-star.
