In this clever post-9/11 comedy, director Jay Martel pokes fun at the hysteria of fear -- all without cracking a smile. Traveling to the small town of Junction, home of "The World's Largest Stool," doctoral candidate John Stevens hopes to authenticate the artifact for his thesis on roadside attractions. But after the recent vandalism of an important icon, town officials are on the lookout for terrorists, and John is as good a suspect as any.
