In this satire (loosely based on a true story) that skewers police priorities, cops in a Texas town raid a strip club and arrest dancer Savannah Logan (Maxine Bahns). It's all downhill from there when the case goes to trial. As the action unfolds in the courtroom, the vice squad's corrupt, bumbling ways come to light, and it soon becomes clear that the boys in blue are the real threat to law and order.
