A misconstrued incident in the islands resurrects long-forgotten tensions between two families in this Tamil-language film set in the strife-torn region of Thirunelveli. When police interrupt a group of teens in the middle of a harmless game, an innocent girl (Bhanu) is accused of prostitution and the nephew (Vishal) of a prominent salt magnate (Prabhu) is arrested. Amid a climate of so much confusion, will the real story ever be told?
