After his wife is tortured and killed in El Salvador, a grieving husband (Carlos Riccelli) vows to inflict revenge on her escaped murderer. He thinks he's found the guilty party in an American CIA adviser (Robert Pine of television's "ChiPs"). But just as he moves in for the kill, he begins to wonder if he's making a mistake. An unexpected plot twist moves this action flick toward a surprising -- and satisfying -- end.
