When a skilled assassin (martial artist Rick Yune, who also penned the screenplay) declines an assignment to kill a pop star (Dania Ramirez) who's under the protection of his bodyguard half brother (Bokeem Woodbine), he invokes the ire of Bangkok's stealthiest professional killers.
