The crimes of a sadistic killer force a cop who has seen it all to take another look at a case he'd hoped was closed in this grizzly tale of violence and gang warfare. All along someone has been trying to push Detective Eddie Argo (Stellan Skarsgård) and his rookie partner, (Melissa George), into action and make Argo pay for his past decisions by murdering members of a local gang.
