When 12-year-old Joe Soshack (Shawn Hatosy) finds an exceedingly rare Honus Wagner baseball card worth more than half a million dollars, he reaps a reward that's better than money in this delightful made-for-TV confection. Suddenly transported back in time to the 1909 World Series between the Detroit Tigers and the Pittsburgh Pirates, Joe comes face to face with the legendary Bucs shortstop (Matthew Modine).
