The American Folk Blues Festival: 1962-1966

Thanks to the efforts of two young promoters and European audiences' appreciation for the blues, an extraordinary lineup of the genre's greats toured the continent in the 1960s, stopping along the way to record their efforts at a German TV studio. Unearthed more than 40 years later, this historic collection represents the fruits of their labors with smokin' performances from Muddy Waters, Sonny Boy Williamson, Sippie Wallace and many others.
