Two rebels long in the tooth, Captain (Dennis Hopper) and Doc (Michael J. Pollard), decide they're still young enough to cause a revolution of sorts. They're convinced the government is dishing out lies to the American people, and they're determined to unmask the dishonesty. A decrepit bomber they transform into a slipshod TV station is their secret weapon of insurgence, but a senator stands in the way of their search for truth and justice.
