Five political terrorists in 1920s Shanghai turn murderous in this Korean action flick. Calling themselves the Anarchists, the men will use whatever means necessary to pressure the Japanese government into stopping their occupation of Korea and Shanghai. The group's sole focus is on survival (so that they can carry out their work), but things get hairy when an employer betrays them and one of their own is injured.
