Unsatisfied with the rewards of his successful career, investment banker Spaulding Osbourne (Duncan Regehr) takes to serial killing, murdering high-class prostitutes with a crossbow and leaving behind cryptic symbols in the victim's blood. Robert Forster plays the police detective assigned to solve the baffling case. Richard Roundtree, Leif Garrett and Jeff Conaway make up the supporting cast in this suspenseful thriller.
