In this rarely seen anthology series, Emmy winner Barbara Stanwyck plays host and frequent star of the self-contained stories, which range in genre from edgy comedy to Westerns, soapy romances and courtroom dramas. This collection finds Stanwyck stepping into a range of juicy roles, including a lonely woman facing heart surgery, a crafty shoplifter on a covert mission and a divorcée turned mail-order bride.
