Humans tainted with beastly blood are the haunted heroes of this cult-horror double feature. In The Beast Within, 17-year-old Michael (Paul Clemens) transforms into a murderous beast in the swamplands of Mississippi. In The Bat People, honeymooners John and Cathy Beck (Stewart Moss and Marianne McAndrew) go spelunking in a Carlsbad cavern. After an unfortunate bite from a vampire bat, John slowly mutates into a bloodsucking monster.
