The Beverly Hillbillies

This fish-out-of-water sitcom featuring Jed (Buddy Ebsen), Jethro (Max Baer), Pearl (Bea Benaderet) and assorted other hillbilly folk ran for nine seasons and became one of the most-loved televisions series of all time. When the Ozark-dwelling Jed finds oil on his land and sells it to become a multimillionaire, he moves the whole family to Beverly Hills. And the sophisticated California town never knew what hit it.
