Years on the force have given a burned-out Hong Kong cop (Waise Lee's) violent nightmares, a serious case of self-loathing and nerve damage in his hand severe enough to prevent him from firing his gun. Yet on the eve of his retirement, he's forced to pick up his weapon when a good friend is brutally murdered by drug-smuggling goons, and the thugs responsible begin slaughtering anyone who gets in their way.
