Chicago narcotics detective Frank Hooks (Fred "The Hammer" Williamson) goes after the thugs who framed him in this action-packed crime tale. Hooks is kicked off the force after he's accused of stealing a huge amount of dough from a drug bust. But the detective is bent on revenge, and his enemies will soon learn that no one messes with The Hammer and gets away with it. Richard Roundtree, John Saxon, Joe Spinell and Nancy Wilson co-star.
