Ryan (Braden Parks) is best buddies with his loyal dog, Jupiter, but all is turned upside down when a malicious bandit begins stealing neighborhood pets so he can sell them to a lab for medical testing. Now, it's up to Ryan and his crew of comrades in the Bike Squad to save Jupiter and the other kidnapped animals before time runs out.
