A rising star in the New York punk music scene, Billy (punk rocker Richard Hell) enters into a relationship with Nada (Carole Bouquet), a beautiful French journalist sent to profile him. As Billy grows tired of singing, his relationship with Nada begins to fall apart. Featuring Hell playing three of his own songs with his band the Voidoids, this drama also includes an appearance by Andy Warhol.
