While staying at her husband's (Simón Andreu) ancestral home, newlywed Susan (Maribel Martín) has frightening visions and dreams of a mysterious woman (Alexandra Bastedo). After being seduced by this stranger in real life, Susan begins committing unspeakable acts of violence. Directed by Spanish filmmaker Vicente Aranda, this erotic horror film draws inspiration from Sheridan Le Fanu's vampire novel Carmilla.
