After an act of vandalism, wealthy Orange County high school student Charlie (Michael Angarano) finds himself locked up in juvenile hall. Lacking the skills to deal with the hardened youths and brutal authorities, he feigns madness. Eric Lange and Illeana Douglas play Charlie's devout church-organist parents in this compelling drama based on true events from writer-director Eric Allen Bell's youth. Griffin Dunne and Andy Dick co-star.
