The premiere season of this character-driven police drama introduces viewers to Frank Leo (Aaron Douglas), a hardworking cop who keeps watch with his partner, Tommy (Paul Popowich), on both sides of the bridge that divides their patrol area's richest and poorest citizens. Michael Murphy co-stars as Ed Wycoff, the chief of police, with Ona Grauer playing the part of Frank's love interest, Abby St. James.
