Looking for new blood, a prestigious fraternity at a California college tries to recruit freshman Chris Chandler (Nathan Watkins) in this direct-to-video horror tale. Hesitant to pledge at first, he changes his mind thanks to the charismatic appeal of Doma Tau Omega's enigmatic president, Devon Eisley (Bradley Stryker). But little does Chandler know that the brotherhood is harboring a shocking secret.
