When he leaps to the aid of Manchu loyalist Lord Tsoi (Jang Lee Hwang) during an ambush organized by a group of Ming freedom fighters, kung fu neophyte Shao Hai (Hoi Mang) unwittingly aligns himself with his family's archenemy. But after discovering he's been manipulated into taking the life of one of his own relatives, Shao Hai learns the Five Elements of the Buddhist Palm from his grandfather and sets out to defeat his former mentor.
