A beloved town butcher (Vic Tayback) selects his choicest cuts from the local mortuary in this gory tale. After getting a job at the local meat counter, deaf-mute Maxie (K.T. Baumann) becomes convinced that something weird is going on. When she discovers the butcher's main supplier is the morgue, Maxie must try to navigate a web of deception, betrayal and murder. Talia Shire also stars.
