A frantic woman (Angela Bettis) begs a stranger (Scott Cohen) to help save her husband's life, only to discover that he's the same man who's been hired to kill him. Director Yuri Zeltser rejected traditional techniques to film this meandering, dreamlike drama in one uninterrupted take without any editing, adding to the weight of suspense that hangs over the viewing audience.
