When his wife and infant son become deathly ill, a frantic young father (Lukas Haas) tries desperately to unlock the curse that's holding his fledgling family hostage. But the truth he uncovers is stranger than any fiction he could ever dream up. As it turns out, the spirit of a tortured child who was buried alive many years ago has chosen to make their lives a living, breathing hell. So the real question is, what did they do to deserve it?
