The Crooked Circle

When a gang of amateur sleuths known as the Sphinx Club sends a crook to jail, the criminal's sinister Crooked Circle organization plots revenge. They lure the Sphinxes to a reportedly haunted house in a plot to murder them all. Brand Osborne (Ben Lyon) tries to save the day, Nora (Zasu Pitts) and Arthur (James Gleason) provide comic relief, and the shadowy occultists lure one victim after another into the darkness in this lighthearted mystery.
