Long before "The Larry Sanders Show," comedian David Steinberg hosted this talk-show spoof. Steinberg's guest list boasts big-name celebrities such as Milton Berle, Ethel Merman and Tommy Smothers, who are witness to the antics of Steinberg's quirky staff, including musician Spider Reichman (John Candy) and security guard James MacGregor (Dave Thomas). Future SCTV stars Joe Flaherty, Andrea Martin and Martin Short also co-star.
