This short-lived legal drama follows five first-year associates (Matt Long, Ben Lawson, Tina Majorino, Mehcad Brooks and Leah Pipes) who are working at one of Los Angeles's most prestigious law firms, a sink-or-swim shark tank where the managing partner in charge (Billy Zane) is known simply as "The Prince of Darkness." But things begin looking up when the firm's other managing partner (Clancy Brown) returns to the office to take control.
