Following a brutal massacre, royal commissioner Ma Chui Kau is tasked with tracking down and apprehending notorious bandit Hsiang-Wu, who has been falsely accused of committing the heinous crime. When a strange twist sees Ma Chui taken captive by Hsiang-Wu, he's forced to depend on a horse-stealing kung fu master to save his hide. Yi-min Li and Yeh Tien star in this martial arts flick from director Hung Chang Wang.
